HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

1. To find an item or place an order, click the "Catalog" button.
2. Select a section.
3. Select a subsection.
4. "Buy" the listed item or click on the item for a more detailed description.
5. To buy, click on the "buy" sign.
6. Enter the quantity. (We have a $100 minimum order exclusive of freight)
7. Click on "add to cart".
8. The "Continue Shopping" sign will return you to the "catalog" selection section.
9. To place the order, click on the "Check Out" button.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

SHIPPING AND TAXES

1. Fill out the order form and click on the "Submit Order" button.
2. After the order is received, the freight charges and applicable state taxes will be figured. You will then be contacted by either telephone, fax or email.
3. Your order will be shipped UPS the day it is received. You should expect it within 3 business days.
4. If your order is not able to ship UPS due to size or content, it will be shipped by truck. This may take a few days longer.

RETURN POLICY

If a return is necessary, please email the information to us. All defective products will be accepted for replacement, repair or credit at our discretion with 10 days of the sale date. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. The return must be completed within 30 days of sale date. The merchandise must be complete, in resaleable condition, and include all original packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and other materials provided by the manufacturers.
